Erik is a Patent Agent at ADVENT who focuses primarily on patent drafting, prosecution, and searching in a wide range of technology areas.
Erik has been working in Intellectual Property since 2003 and as a registered patent agent in Omaha, NE since 2010. Erik joined Advent in 2011, and his focus areas include computer networking, security, analytics, computer hardware and software, integrated circuits, telecommunications, industrial control systems, food science, and the mechanical arts.
Erik is a lifelong learner, and his interests include design, illustration, programming and retro gaming. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
