Daneis’ practice primarily focuses on transactional matters related to Intellectual Property including. His practice covers IP technology licenses and agreements, trademark drafting and prosecution, copyright prosecution and protection, cybersecurity, E-commerce, and Artificial Intelligence. He also handles business law matters tangential to Intellectual Property including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and IP due diligence.
In addition to his work as IP Attorney in Omaha, NE, Daneis is involved in several legal groups, both locally and nationally. He is involved with the American Inns of Court-Robert M. Spire Inn and regularly presents for his pupilage’s presentations and handles their technology needs. Daneis is a member of Phi Alpha Delta and Phi Delta Phi legal fraternities actively participating at the local and national level. He is also pursuing an LL.M. and received the Stanley Marion Fellowship during his studies.
Daneis is highly involved in the community. He, along with his wife, leads a 4H group that teaches children about animals, including caring for and showing animals. He is co-superintendent of the rabbit show at the Douglas-Sarpy County Fair. Additionally, Daneis judges debate on weekends, helping shape the minds for the future.
