With extensive experience in patent and trademark prosecution and enforcement, Mallory understands the value of intellectual property assets to her clients. In her current practice, Mallory focuses exclusively on IP-intensive transactions including mergers & acquisitions, licensing, commercial agreements, and due diligence. She has represented both large and small entities in buy-side and sell-side acquisitions, and employs a holistic approach to help clients strategically navigate IP transactions.
Mallory has represented clients in diverse technology areas including computer hardware/software systems, computer networking, mobile devices, telecommunications, avionics, optics, food science, agritechnology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and the mechanical arts.
As part of a farming family, Mallory is an animal lover and owns a hobby farm dedicated to raising a variety of show and companion animals. She is also very active with Nebraska 4-H. Mallory also enjoys teaching at Creighton University as an adjunct professor of law. Mallory’s Of Counsel role at Advent affords her the opportunity to pursue her interests in education and the public sector.
