Ryan is a founding partner of ADVENT. Ryan's practice is principally devoted to all aspects of intellectual property, innovation, and technology. As an IP Attorney, much of Ryan Grace’s current practice is devoted to management, procurement, and protection of intellectual property rights for some of the largest companies in the world. 

Ryan started his career in Seattle, Washington working with some of the leading technology companies in the world. Ryan moved back to Omaha with an opportunity to start a highly specialized law firm with a completely different business model and operating platform than any in the industry.  

With his extensive experience on intellectual property rights, Ryan is currently managing a range of clients from independent businesses to national and international Fortune 500 companies. Ryan has been published in several national and local legal journals. He has spoken at multiple intellectual property seminars and he is an inventor on over 30 patents and patent applications. Ryan is a past adjunct professor of intellectual property law for Creighton Law School. Ryan is also a Great Plains Super Lawyer in Intellectual Property. 

When Ryan is not working, he enjoys traveling with his family and contributing time to the community, including several philanthropic organizations in Nebraska.
